Key Responsibilities: a. Staffing Strategy & Planning : i. Develop and execute localized staffing plans to meet workforce demands. ii. Partner with plant HR and business heads to forecast talent needs for manufacturing, technical, and support roles iii. Ensure alignment of staffing processes with organizational objectives b. End-to-End Recruitment Operations : i. Manage full-cycle recruitment for contractual, and temporary positions within the region ii. Oversee high-volume hiring for shop-floor, engineering, and administrative roles iii. Ensure timely fulfillment of positions within SLA, maintaining quality and cost efficiency c. Local Vendor & Partner Management: i. Manage relationships with local staffing agencies, ITIs, polytechnics, and job portals in Maharashtra ii. Strengthen community hiring initiatives and apprenticeship programs. iii. Facilitate smooth deployment of staff to respective departments/sites d. Onboarding & Deployment: i. Oversee seamless onboarding, induction, and site deployment for new hires ii. Ensure compliance with Maharashtra-specific labor documentation and statutory requirements e. Compliance & Governance: i. Ensure adherence to Maharashtra labor laws, Factory Act, CLRA, and other regional statutes ii. Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and local welfare fund compliance for staffing operations iii. Prepare and submit staffing-related MIS and statutory reports f. Stakeholder Engagement i. Lead and mentor the local staffing operations team ii. Act as SPOC for staffing-related matters with plant HR, operations heads, and corporate staffing
