Job Title: Sales Manager – Corporate FIT (Hotel)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Corporate FIT to drive corporate sales for our hotel in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, with proven expertise in handling corporate accounts and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) business. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Corporate FIT segment.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Promote hotel services, packages, and customized solutions to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to optimize pricing and offerings.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on corporate and FIT segments.
- Strong network of corporate clients in Delhi/NCR.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
