Head of Sales – RSO Whitefield | Bengaluru

Role Summary
Lead the Regional Sales – Whitefield to drive corporate and MICE business for The Lalit Group of Hotels (Pan India), with a strong focus on IT/technology accounts and large-format events for The Lalit Ashok, Bengaluru. Responsible for revenue growth, key account management, brand presence, and team leadership across Whitefield and surrounding business hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate, national, and pan-India hotel business from Whitefield and peripheral Bengaluru
- Lead MICE, conferences, and large events for The Lalit Ashok, Bengaluru
- Manage and grow global, national, and regional key accounts
- Handle RFPs, rate negotiations, contracts, and account reviews
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with Corporate Sales, Revenue Management, and Hotel Operations
- Ensure forecasting, MIS, pipeline management, and SOP adherence
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years in luxury / five-star hotel sales
- Strong exposure to Corporate Sales and MICE
- Regional market experience; Whitefield / Bengaluru IT corridor preferred
- Graduate in Hotel Management / Business Administration; MBA preferred.
