Position Summary:(Purpose, expected results & degree of freedom) 

Responsible for implementing robust quality control procedures and optimizing dispatch operations to ensure consistent, high-quality fabrication & Galvanizing processes and efficient product delivery. He shall work under guidance of Executive Director. Principle Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures, policies, and standards to maintain consistent and high-quality fabrication & Galvanizing processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects, deviations, or issues in the fabrication process.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions and optimize processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data, creating reports and presentations to communicate performance to senior management.
• Investigate customer complaints and returns, working to resolve issues and prevent future quality problems.
• Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of goods to meet delivery deadlines.
• Supervise and provide guidance to dispatch team and warehouse staff.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualification Minimum: B.Tech(Mechanical) Desirable: Management Diploma / Degree Experience 15-20 Years of experience in same Industry.
