Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling bulk and mass hiring
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-volume roles
• Allocate targets, monitor daily productivity, and ensure timely closures
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, field hiring, vendors, and local networks
• Coordinate with clients/internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Track and reduce dropouts, no-shows, and offer declines
• Conduct daily team reviews, performance tracking, and mentoring
• Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring dashboards
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Proven experience in bulk / mass hiring
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Hands-on sourcing experience across multiple channels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in staffing / manpower consultancy is an added advantage
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
