Manage relationships with local staffing agencies, ITIs, polytechnics, and job portals in Maharashtra Strengthen community hiring initiatives and apprenticeship programs.
Facilitate smooth deployment of staff to respective departments/sites
Onboarding & Deployment: i. ii. Oversee seamless onboarding, induction, and site deployment for new hire
