Job Title : Sourcing Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and mobilize candidates for bulk and lateral staffing requirements.
- Drive fulfilment through ITIs, colleges, skill centers, consultants, and local networks.
- Plan and execute walk-ins, campus drives, and hiring campaigns.
- Screen candidates for eligibility, compliance, and job readiness.
- Ensure timely submission of shortlisted candidates and joining closures.
- Maintain daily sourcing trackers and share MIS with stakeholders.
- Actively reduce no-shows and dropouts through follow-ups and counselling.
