Job Title: ITI Fitter – Technician
Department: Production / Assembly

Location: [Noida, Phase-2, Industrial Area]

Qualification: ITI Fitter (Mandatory), ITI Electrician

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Experience:

• 0–5 years in LT / HT Electrical Panel manufacturing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and fitting of LT / HT electrical panels (PCB, MCB, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, Control Panels)
• Mechanical fitting of:

1. Panel structures
2. Bus bar supports
3. Mounting plates, channels, brackets
4. Assist in busbar assembly, panel alignment, drilling, tapping, and fastening
5. Read and follow panel GA drawings / layout drawings
6. Support electricians during component mounting and wiring activities
7. Ensure proper torque tightening and mechanical safety standards
8. Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of tools & tackles (drilling machine, hand tools, grinders, torque wrench)
• Basic understanding of electrical panel components
• Ability to read basic technical drawings

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience in switchgear brands (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, L&T, Havells, etc.)
