- Flat commission per rider
- ₹500 paid after rider completes first 20 trips (FTS)
- Additional incentives may be applicable based on rider retention and further trip completion

🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities
- Source and onboard delivery riders as per preferred location
- Clearly explain job role, payout structure, and trip completion criteria
- Support riders to complete first 20 trips (FTS)
- Retain riders post-FTS and encourage continuous trip completion
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure rider engagement and performance
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding completion
- Use assigned recruiter code for accurate tracking and reporting
🛠 Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to interact with riders on the field
- Basic follow-up and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset for rider issues
- Time management and self-discipline
- Basic smartphone handling (WhatsApp, Google Forms)
- Ability to motivate riders for trip completion and retention
- Local area knowledge is an added advantage

- Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Comfortable working in the field
- Smartphone with internet access
- Knowledge of Hindi / Hinglish (local language is a plus)
- Experience in recruitment, sales, field work, or gig hiring is an advantage (not mandatory)
