- Assist with seating, queues, and guest flow
- Support front-of-house team during service

- Maintain a clean and organised dining area
Captain / Floor Supervisor
- Oversee stewards and front-of-house operations
- Allocate sections and manage table flow
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support staff during busy service periods
- Act as liaison between management, kitchen, and service team
Bar Team
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
- Take and process orders accurately
- Follow hygiene and responsible service standards
- Provide warm, attentive customer service
