Role Overview -The Operations Executive/Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities across investment products and client servicing. The role ensures smooth processing, compliance adherence, and timely coordination between internal teams, clients, and product partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing of investment transactions (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF, Bonds, etc.).
- Verify client documentation and ensure completeness as per regulatory KYC & onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, advisory, and product teams for smooth execution of client requests.
- Monitor transaction status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client portfolios, transactions, and service requests.
- Will be responsible for generating reports, statements, and MIS for internal use and management review.
- Handle backend operations including form filling, application submission, and timely follow-ups with AMCs, insurers, and registrars to ensure seamless processing.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, operational controls, and regulatory guidelines.
- Address basic client queries related to documentation, transactions, or service requests.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements. Skills required

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
- Fundamental understanding of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Process-oriented with problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6 of experience in financial services, wealth management, or operations preferred.
