Job Description:
We are hiring a CNC Programmer / CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in CNC programming, machining, and milling operations. The candidate should be capable of operating CNC machines efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- CNC programming, setup, and operation of machines
- Machining and milling of components as per technical drawings
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Monitoring production processes to ensure accuracy and quality
- Performing basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and shop-floor practices
- Maintaining production efficiency and minimizing wastage
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and related software
- Strong knowledge of machining and milling techniques
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing and production
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Prior experience in CNC machine operation preferred
