Job Title :Front Office Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage front desk operations including room allocation, billing, and payments
- Attend to guest inquiries, service requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records, logs, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service quality standards
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional conduct at all times
- Assist in handling VIP guests and special requests
- Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum height requirement: 5.5 feet
- Graduate in Hotel Management (Degree/Diploma)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with strong customer service orientation
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong guest-handling and service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with PMS / Front Office systems
- Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages preferred)
Preferred Profile
Experience in premium hotels, corporate guest houses, or luxury residences
Exposure to high-profile or VIP guest handling
