Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage front desk operations including room allocation, billing, and payments
Attend to guest inquiries, service requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintain accurate guest records, logs, and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service quality standards
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional conduct at all times
Assist in handling VIP guests and special requests
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum height requirement: 5.5 feet
Graduate in Hotel Management (Degree/Diploma)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with strong customer service orientation

Strong guest-handling and service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Familiarity with PMS / Front Office systems
Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages preferred)
