Job Description – FPE Pump Technician
Job Location: Dubai
Salary: 3500 to 5000 (with company accommodation and transportation)
The FPE Pump Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, overhaul, and troubleshooting
of industrial pump systems used in fluid power and mechanical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
 Install, service, and repair industrial pumps, including:
o Gear pumps
o Vane pumps
o Piston pumps
 Perform pump alignment, seal replacement, bearing replacement, and coupling checks.
 Troubleshoot pump-related issues such as cavitation, vibration, noise, and flow loss.
 Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
 Overhaul pumps and replace worn components.
 Assist in commissioning and performance testing of pump systems.
 Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts records.
 Coordinate with hydraulic and electrical teams during breakdowns.
 Follow safety procedures and lockout–tagout practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
 Minimum 2–5 years of experience
 Knowledge of pump curves, flow calculations, and system head.
 Experience with mechanical seals and bearings.
 Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
GAMAC test to be done is mandatory if candidate is in India as per candidate cost.
