Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Executive – PR & Personal Branding to support and execute the personal branding and PR strategy of the CEO, CFO, and leadership team, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
This role reports directly to the CEO and leadership, translating strategic inputs, ideas, and expertise into structured, high-quality personal branding and PR deliverables. It is an execution-heavy role with high visibility and learning exposure.

Job Description
· Execute LinkedIn-focused personal branding for the CEO, CFO, and assigned leadership members
· Support leadership positioning as industry experts and trusted advisors
· Create content within defined pillars: thought leadership, professional insights, credibility narratives, and soft PR
· Convert raw inputs (meetings, voice notes, discussions, presentations) into posts, carousels, long-form content, and strategic comment responses
· Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice aligned with leadership tone and values
· Identify and support PR and visibility opportunities, including podcasts, industry features, collaborations, and speaking engagements
· Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and coordination under leadership guidance
· Ensure accurate and aligned messaging across all external platforms
· Manage LinkedIn engagement for leadership profiles, including comments, strategic interactions, and relationship building
· Monitor online brand mentions and sentiment; proactively flag reputation or communication risks
· Track performance metrics (impressions, profile views, inbound leads, collaboration requests) and share insights to optimize execution
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the CEO / Leadership team
- Works closely with internal marketing and design teams (as required)
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in personal branding, PR, or leadership communication
- Prior experience writing or managing content for founders, CXOs, or senior professionals
- Strong LinkedIn copywriting and storytelling skills (professional > promotional)
- Understanding of LinkedIn content formats and algorithm behavior
- High discretion and maturity in handling sensitive leadership communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
