Job Title: Digital Marketer (AI & Automation Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan & manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and Landing page optimization (A/B tests, CRO approach) and Track KPIs: CPL, ROAS, cost-per-qualified-lead, and attribution
2. SEO & Content
- Keyword research, clustering, topical mapping, optimize website pages & blogs for ranking, AI-assisted content workflows (drafting, fact-checking, clustering, interlinking), and maintain SEO hygiene: schema, internal links, meta optimization, site audit.
3. AI & Automation
- Build intelligent workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, Zoho, and ChatGPT, as required.
- Automate tasks: blog writing, topic research, lead routing, email sequences, reporting, CRM updates, create smart dashboards from marketing data, and implement chatbots or AI-driven customer engagement systems
4. Social Media & Branding
- Create content that aligns with finance + business setup niche, use AI for editing, repurposing, caption creation, and engagement analysis, manage LinkedIn & Instagram growth with insight-based posting, and track competitor benchmarks and trend.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Build automated weekly dashboards in Data Studio / Looker / Power BI; interpret marketing insights and recommend actions; and maintain clean CRM data through automated quality checks.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, funnels, and lead generation
- Hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, etc.
- Automation tools: Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot/Zoho automation
- Ability to build lead workflows & nurture sequences
- Good command of English content creation
- Experience working with service-based businesses (bonus if CA/finance domain)
