Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the client and project requirements from the manager
• Finalization of accounts, in compliance with accounting standards, companies act -2013, and income tax rules
• Prepare the tax audit reports, income tax returns, TDS and GST returns and filing the same accurately and on time
• Respond to the notices received from the regulatory authorities related to taxes
• Liaise with tax authorities and auditors of the company
• Analyse the accounting data and recording of asset, liabilities, revenue and expense
• Preparation of MIS reports
• Proficient in Certification 15CA/CB compliances
• Understanding DTAA guidelines
• Providing Income Tax and GST consultation
• Finalizing books of accounts, preparing financial statements and cash flows
• Managing GST reconciliations and GSTR-9/9C filings
