Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer for our Learning and Development (L&D) team at Vision India. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning programs that enhance trainees’ communication, interpersonal, and workplace readiness skills. This role focuses on preparing trainees/job aspirants for successful placement by aligning their behavioral and professional skills with industry requirements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people development and training excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, workplace etiquette, and professional behavior.
- Deliver modules on verbal and written communication, presentation skills, body language, and confidence building.
- Train candidates on interview skills, resume building, group discussions, and corporate readiness.
- Facilitate sessions on teamwork, leadership basics, time management, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Design and update training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments as per industry trends.
- Use interactive training methods such as role-plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
- Customize training programs based on trainee profiles, education levels, and job roles.
- Assess trainee progress through activities, presentations, mock interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Provide constructive and individualized feedback to help trainees improve performance.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and feedback reports.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence building.
- Collect trainee feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and improve content delivery.
- Prepare training effectiveness reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical trainers, HR, and placement teams to align soft skills training with job requirements.
