Job Description:
- Install, configure, and commission Park Plus products and systems at customer sites.
- Perform regular maintenance and service checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and system malfunctions.
- Provide timely and effective repairs to minimize system downtime.
- Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of Park Plus systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs and repair documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and technical advancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
- Travel to customer sites as required to provide on-site service and support.
