Job Description of Sales Manager (FRONT LINE SALES PROFILE)
Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company
Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression Generate Revenue a Acquire New Customers for Life Insurance, FD, Health insurance , & General insurance.
Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on ongoing basis.
Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company.
Requirements for Sales Manager
- Candidate must be graduate.
- Bike is mandatory.
- Minimum experience of 1 Years in sales, insurance sales will be given preference
- Age should not be more than 45 years
