· TNI & competency mapping
-Map the training need identification of the Shop floor employees
-Map the Performance deficiencies with Training gap-if any
-Map the competencies required to perform the job /skill sets
· Employee Training
- Assists Line Managers to analyse competency gaps for individuals and builds cost-effective learning solutions.
- Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training and development solutions at a location or departmental level
- Evaluates and recommends appropriate providers to meet customer needs and maintains current provider relationships.
