*Candidates must join the company and be on payroll for next 30 days to earn this amount.

How to refer job to a candidate

Refer using whatsapp ,facebook, linkedin ,X

Go to “Refer Jobs” from top menu.
Select the job from the list you want to refer to a candidates based on his/her profile.
Click on Refer Candidate button to directly apply on behalf of candidate’s mobile number.
Enter the 10-digit mobile number of the candidate whom you want to refer.
Click on Apply and their application will be shared with the recruiter.

When Will I Get My Money?

Candidate joins the company and remains on payroll for next 30 days.
You will be able to see the status on reffered status menu at the top.
Once candidate complete the 30 days in the company the amounty of refferal will be availabe under Redeemable Earnings.
