Job Description -
We are seeking a highly motivated and Experienced Sales Executive to expand and manage our dealer and distributor network for solar products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the solar industry and proven experience in channel sales, lead generation, and dealer development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in targeted regions.
- Ensure proper training and orientation of dealers on products, pricing, and company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective dealer engagement.
- Monitor and support dealer sales performance to ensure revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure long-term association and retention.
- Resolve dealer issues ly and provide support in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
- Provide feedback to the management for product and policy improvement.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment collections from the dealer network.
- Maintain and update dealer records, sales reports, and market intelligence.
