NEXUSGENIUS BPO PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking Telecallers for an International BPO. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who possess good communication skills and are fluent in English. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma (HSC) or graduate degree.
