Production Associate - Job description

1) Qualification: Diploma EEE / E&C / ITI Electrician / Electronics Mechanic (Only Passed Candidates)

2) Age should be below 23 years, above 18 years.

3) Compulsory 2-dose vaccination, certificate required).

4) Contract duration for Staffing : 8 months(240 days) ESIC PF Benefits available

 Nature OF Work:-

5) Work nature includes electronic assemblies such as, Component identification, Component inspection,PCBA inspection, Storage and handling, Conformal coating, Manual soldering and SMT/THT machine handling in PCBA line

6) Canteen & Transport Facility available

 7) Canteen Deduction for Staffing: 200

8) Transport Deduction  for Staffing: 1000(For Female Employees door pick up & drop will be done with a Security guard) for Female employees transportation is mandatory, IF a male employee not availing of company transportation he will get an additional 1000/- RS)

9) Associates whichever shift they come, will get one breakfast & one lunch(UN Limited)  also Coffee / TEA/ Badam Milk / Jeera Milk Will be available any time.

  Additional Benefits

1) Attendance Bonus: 500 per month, IF Associates present full month, without any LOP.

2) Night allowance: 100   Per Day, It's only for Male candidates, Every 15 days once Shift will get change

Shift Timings

1) First Shift : 06 AM To 2:00 PM

2) Second Shift: 2:00 PM TO 10:00 Pm

3) Night Shift : 10:00 PM TO 6: 00 AM

4) General Shift: 8:00  TO 5:00 PM

 Leave

1) Staffing Associates will get 1.25 Leave per month, IF he is not availed of any leave same will be encased IN F&F Settlement.

Apron/ Safety Shoes / Mask

1) Apron Safety Shoes will be provided by the company free of cost, IF Associates left the organization within 3 months, will deduct 1200 RS

2) Two Masks  will be provided monthly free of cost & one safety Goggle will be provided free of cost Every two months once
