- Candidate should have Minimum 45% in SSC (10th std) through regular school. ( उम्मीदवार के नियमित स्कूल के माध्यम से 10 वीं कक्षा में न्यूनतम 45% अंक होना चाहिए )

- 1st Year Stipend Rs 13467 per month ( वेतन 13467 प्रति महीना )
- 2nd Year Stipend Rs 14300 per month ( वेतन 14300 प्रति महीना )
- Monthly attendance award Rs 700, if leave is nil during the month. ( मासिक उपस्थिति पुरस्कार – Rs 700 यदि माह के दौरान अवकाश शून्य है )
- Hostel (dormitory) facility is provided to all the students within the proximity of the factory. Per month hostel charges of around Rs. 1000.( सभी छात्रों को कारखाने के निकट छात्रावास की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है, प्रति माह छात्रावास शुल्क 1000 है )
- The students will be provided with Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner and two cups of tea during their OJT shift. Food during the shift is provided at a subsidized cost. - On successful completion of training and NCVT examination Student Trainee will get National Trade Certificate (NTC) from NCVT.( प्रशिक्षण और एनसीवीटी परीक्षा के सफल समापन के बाद, छात्र प्रशिक्षु को एनसीवीटी से राष्ट्रीय व्यापार प्रमाणपत्र (एनटीसी) प्राप्त होगा)
- After completion of 2 year training, depending on the performance, maintaining minimum 95% attendance during the period, recommendation of department and based on business requirement these trainees are eligible for Fixed Term Contractual (FTC) employment for 7-month duration.( प्रशिक्षण के वर्ष पूरे होने के बाद, प्रदर्शन के आधार पर, प्रशिक्षण के दौरान न्यूनतम 95% उपस्थिति बनाए रखने, विभाग की सिफारिश और व्यवसाय की आवश्यकता के आधार पर ये प्रशिक्षु 7 महीने की अवधि के लिए निश्चित अवधि के अनुबंध (FTC) रोजगार के लिए पात्र हैं। )
- Successful completion of NCVT examination is also required for joining as FTC. (FTC के रूप में शामिल होने के लिए NCVT परीक्षा को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करना भी आवश्यक है)
