Job Purpose The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with daily office operations, and providing support to staff through tea/coffee service, filing, and related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Ensure daily cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required. Handle courier, photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution as directed. Support in arranging office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) and report shortages. Assist in basic maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs as instructed. Carry out any other administrative or support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
