*Job Title: Sales Telecaller*

 

*Job Summary:*

As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales leads, explaining product offerings, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

 

*Responsibilities:*

1. Outbound Calls:  Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.

2. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote products or services and generate interest among potential customers.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering necessary information and assessing their interest and needs.

4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads or interested customers.

6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer queries, and keep potential customers engaged.

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and details in the CRM system.

8. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team lead.

 

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.

2. Sales Aptitude: Ability to convey product benefits convincingly and handle objections effectively.

3. Persistence: Resilience and persistence in making multiple calls daily to achieve sales targets.

4. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

5. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-up schedules, and CRM data entry.

6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and adjust sales approach accordingly.

7. Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and provide insights based on customer feedback.

 

Education:

A high school /Graduation / diploma is required; previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
