1.Candidate should have Minimum 40% in SSC (10th Std.)
2.Age – 18 yrs. to 21 yrs. at the time of joining (only Male)
3.Stipend – Rs 15,500 per month
4.Monthly attendance award – 700 ( if leave is nil during the month - weekoff not count as leave) = 16200 INR includid Attendance award
5.Hostel (dormitory) facility is provided to all the students within the proximity of the factory. Per month hostel charges of around Rs. 1500/-.
6.The students will be provided with Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner and two cups of tea during their OJT shift. Food during the shift is provided at a subsidized cost 42rs per dite.

8.Students need to be necessarily in uniform during their course hours. SMG provides a Personal Accident cover of Rs. 12, 00,000/-.
9.On successful completion of training and NCVT examination Student Trainee will get National Trade Certificate (NTC) from NCVT.
10.Successful completion of NCVT examination is also required for joining as FTC.
