Job Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) Opportunities Scheme: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Industry: Automotive Components & Mechanical Manufacturing Position Overview A leading Tier-1 automotive component manufacturing group is hiring diploma holders for technical plant operations. Roles include assembly operations, machine/process units, and quality engineering checkpoints. Role Details & Locations Locations: Faridabad (NCR), Pune, Bechraji & Sanand (Gujarat) Qualification: Technical Diploma holders (Mechanical & Electrical streams preferred; open to all engineering diploma branches except Civil and IT) Earning Potential: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000/month (including OT & DBT, depending on plant allocation and shifts) Shift Schedule: 8-hour shift + overtime or 12-hour shifts (26 days/month)
Eligibility Criteria Target Batches: Freshers, recent pass-outs, and final-year diploma students Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years Gender: Male candidates only NAPS Requirement: Must not have previously registered or trained under NAPS
