Job Details: Profile: Associate Engineering Trainee (AET) Qualification: Diploma – All Technical & Mechanical Trades Age: 18 to 30 Years Work Location: Hosur & Chennai, Tamil Nadu Gender Preference: Male Only Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day Working Days: 6 Days a Week Experiance: Fresher
Stipend: ₹20,801 per month in-hand, including an attendance bonus of ₹1,000 for 26 days of attendance. Attendance Bonus Calculation: - 26 Days Present: ₹1,000 per month
- 1 Day Absent: ₹750 per month
- 2 Days Absent: ₹500 per month
- More than 2 Days Absent: No attendance bonus applicable.
Additional Benefits: Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the engineering and production teams in day-to-day manufacturing operations. Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out as per defined quality standards. Operate and handle machines/equipment under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors. Identify basic production or machine-related issues and report them to the concerned supervisor. Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and company policies.
