Job Summary

Our user-centric-design driven team is looking for an executive who can be at service to our customer. The After-Sales Service Technician role is a responsibility of ensuring the challenges faced by our customer in their daily life gets resolved promptly.

Job Description:

1.Understand customer problems related to wheel chairs, battery powered units and other electronic components and provide solution.

2.Travel to customer location along with the parts required for service and provide door step repair solutions.

Expected Skills:

1. Knowledge of two-wheeler repair, e-bike repair is a plus

2. Willingness to travel to different locations within the country on an everyday basis.

Qualification:

1. ITI/ Diploma or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering

Experience:

1. 0-2 years of experience

Location & Timings:

1. Mumbai,Maharashtra

2. Office Hours: 9:30 to 6:00 pm

3. Working Days: Monday to Saturday

4. Salary: 18,000 to 23,000 CTC
