Profile: NAPS Trainee Location: Kallakal, Medak, Hyderabad, Telangana Gender Preference: Male Age Criteria: 18 to 28 Years Qualification: ITI Passout Candidates (Trade - Mechancial, Fitter, Welder, Cutter, Machinist) Experience: Freshers Only Working Hours: 9 Hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Stipend: ₹17,500 per month (including ₹1,500 DBT amount) Additional Benefits: Functional Areas: Tool Room, Machine Shop Roles & Responsibilities: Tool Room: Operate and handle machine and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. Read, understand, and implement blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals. Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all operations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following standard operating procedures. Adhere to all safety guidelines and continuous improvement practices. Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure equipment readiness. Maintain workplace housekeeping and sanitation standards.
Machine Shop: Maintain punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance. Ensure daily 5S implementation and workstation maintenance. Take responsibility for the quality of the products being manufactured. Perform part loading and unloading operations. Inspect manufactured parts after completion of operations to ensure quality standards are met. Segregate and store OK, Rework, and NG (Not Good) parts appropriately at the workstation. Report daily production output and work status to the supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
