We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a proven ability to engage customers over calls. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Telemarketing.
- English communication is mandatory (both spoken and written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Comfortable working with sales and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain services and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
