Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Loader, Unloader, Picker, Packer & Stock Handler)

Job Summary:
Responsible for loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, checking inventory, and moving stock within the warehouse while maintaining accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, products, and shipments from vehicles.
• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against delivery documents.
• Pick products according to order sheets, invoices, or picking lists.
• Pack items securely for dispatch and transportation.
• Check stock levels and perform regular inventory counts.
• Inspect products for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Move stock from one location to another within the warehouse using manual handling equipment or pallet jacks.
• Organize and store goods in designated locations.
• Label, sort, and arrange products according to company procedures.
• Update stock records and report inventory issues to supervisors.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.

Requirements:

• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
