Apollo Pharmacy India की सबसे बड़ी और भरोसेमंद फार्मेसी चेन है। हमें अपने customers को डॉक्टर की पर्ची वाली दवाइयां, OTC products, और wellness items उनके घर तक 2 घंटे में पहुंचाने के लिए Delivery Executives चाहिए। Apollo की brand value maintain करते हुए fast और accurate delivery आपकी जिम्मेदारी होगी। 4. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
- 24|7 App Orders: Apollo 24|7 app से आए orders को store से collect करके customer के address पर deliver करना।
- Prescription Check: Rx medicines देते समय customer से prescription या OTP verify करना। Apollo SOP follow करना जरूरी।
- Temperature Sensitive Delivery: Insulin, vaccines, syrups को Apollo के दिए cold bag में proper तरीके से ले जाना।
- Cash & Online Payment: COD, UPI, Card payments collect करना और same day store पर जमा करना।
- Customer Experience: Apollo के standards के हिसाब से polite behavior, ID card और uniform में रहना। बुजुर्ग patients को extra help देना।
- Daily Reporting: Apollo Rider App में pickup, delivered, cancel का status real-time update करना।
- Stock Safety: Medicines की expiry, MRP, quantity store से निकलते समय check करना। Discrepancy तुरंत reporting manager को बताना।
- Compliance: Drugs & Cosmetics Act के rules follow करना। बिना पर्ची Rx medicine नहीं देनी। 5. योग्यता और जरूरत
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass, 12th Pass को preference।
- Age: 18 से 35 साल।
- Vehicle: खुद की Bike/Scooty + Valid DL + RC + Insurance। Electric vehicle को preference।
- Smartphone: Android 8.0 या ऊपर, 4G Internet के साथ।
- Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, DL, Bank Account, Police Verification, Address Proof।
- Language: हिंदी और लोकल भाषा। Basic English समझ सके।
- Area Knowledge: City के मुख्य इलाके, hospitals, landmarks की जानकारी।
