Compensation: 4 LPA Fixed + 0.75 LPA Variable
About the Role: Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) is inviting applications from passionate and technology-driven BCA and MCA graduates to join the Engineering Vertical as Fixed Term Graduate Executives (FTGE).
The selected candidates will contribute to various R&D and engineering functions supporting the development of next-generation automotive technologies, software systems, testing, data analysis, and process digitization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams for daily operational activities and project execution.
- Understand and implement company SOPs and engineering processes.
- Support vehicle and component-level software/hardware testing activities.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and maintain engineering data records.
- Assist in data analysis, dashboard development, and process digitization initiatives.
- Provide support for data pipelines and reporting systems.
- Contribute to GUI-related support for infotainment systems, clusters, and head-up displays.
- Coordinate with internal teams for engineering logistics and lab equipment management.
- Support benchmarking activities, trend analysis, and AI/ML use-case projects.
Note: Responsibilities may vary depending on business requirements and project allocation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- BCA or MCA (Regular / Full-time only)
- Degree must be from AICTE/UGC recognized universities or institutions.
Academic Requirements
- Year of Passing: 2026
- Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA throughout academics (No rounding off allowed).
- All academic qualifications must be completed within the stipulated duration.
Age Criteria
- 18 to 25 years (at the time of application)
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools, dashboards, or databases.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, or related technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn new technologies.
