Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator will support the execution team in managing day-to-day
activities at project sites related to railway coach refurbishments including Toilet
Upgradation. The role requires coordination across departments, vendors, and
site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, accurate documentation, and
smooth project communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between, production, procurement, and execution teams to
track progress and ensure alignment.
Maintain project schedules and follow up on task deadlines across multiple
stakeholders.
Assist in planning and organizing project resources, manpower, and
material delivery.
Prepare and circulate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site photographs,
and documentation updates.
Monitor work status and escalate delays, deviations, or site issues to the
Project Manager.
Assist in organizing review meetings and preparing MoMs and action
trackers.
Maintain all project records including drawings, material records, and
vendor logs.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Provide administrative support in preparing project documentation for
client submissions.
Requirements:
Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or equivalent field.
2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in
infrastructure, rolling stock, or railway sector.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project or
similar project management tools is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel to project sites, if required.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in public sector or government-linked infrastructure
projects.
Exposure to railway coach, metro, or heavy engineering project
environments.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
