We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Electrician Trainer for our Learning and Development (L&D) team at Vision India. Trainer will be responsible for implementing effective learning programs to foster continuous development of the trainees/ job aspirants. This role will focus on enhancing student skills, Domain knowledge, and aligning Trainee for placement as industry requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people development, a proven track record in training management.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on training sessions focused on basic electrical installations, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide demonstrations on the proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and safety gear
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and curriculum to reflect the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
Stay updated on the latest developments in solar technology, installation techniques, and industry regulations.
Utilize various training methods, including in-person workshops, online modules, and practical exercises, to accommodate different learning styles.
Tailor training programs to meet the needs of different experience levels, from beginners to advanced technicians.
Assess trainees’ progress through practical assessments, written exams, and hands-on evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and certification status.
Ensure all training adheres to industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of safety and emphasize the importance of following best practices during installation and maintenance.
Ensure that all training content is aligned with the latest updates and industry best practices.
Gather feedback from trainees on training effectiveness and content.
Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of training equipment and resources.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, HR, and trainees.
Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
