We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across digital, offline, and partnership channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, a deep understanding of brand building, demand generation, digital marketing, and content-led strategies.
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies across all channels (digital, social, events, partnerships)
· Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines
· Plan and oversee lead generation campaigns, performance marketing (SEO/SEM/SMM), email marketing, demand generation
· Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across activities
· Oversee content marketing efforts: blog, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars
· Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives
· Analyze and report marketing performance metrics — website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversions
· Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and influencers
· Organize and represent the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and community engagements
· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in marketing and incorporate best practices
Required Skills and Experience:
· 6–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in tech, digital, or consumer brands
· Strong grasp of digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Analytics, CRM tools, SSP/DSP, Direct Publishers Network)
· Excellent understanding of brand marketing and storytelling techniques
· Ability to craft content strategies and manage multi-channel campaigns
· Strong project management skills with attention to deadlines and budgets
