We are seeking a creative, strategic, and energetic Social Media Executive/Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, running campaigns, driving community engagement, and analyzing performance to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
The ideal candidate has a passion for digital storytelling, an eye for design and trends, and a strong understanding of social media best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Plan for the entire month and execute paid social media campaigns (boosting, lead generation, brand awareness)
- Edit and create short-form videos, reels, and animations for marketing and social media
- Work with video assets to produce high-quality brand promotional content and optimize for different platform for best resolution & engagement.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and community
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools; generate monthly reports with actionable insights
- Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and coordinate with creative/design teams
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Actively participate and present organization in marketing & other industry events, exhibition etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) for campaign planning and execution
- Manage influencer partnerships and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives
- Handle crisis communications and manage the brand’s online reputation
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic graphic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma preferred)
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, photography and communication skills
- Understanding of paid social advertising metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS)
- Ability to work creatively under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset: ability to use data to inform content and strategy
- Creative thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Certifications in social media marketing an added advantage
- Experience working with influencers or managing brand collaborations is a plus
