We are seeking a dynamic and motivated District Coordinator to join our team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective coordination with the state department, managing day-to-day project activities, and facilitating smooth execution at the field level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the state department team for the implementation of project activities at the district level.
· Supervise and monitor daily field operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
· Serve as a point of contact between the field team and senior management.
· Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports on project progress and field activities.
· Address operational challenges and escalate issues to the concerned authorities when needed.
· Support capacity-building initiatives and facilitate training and orientation for field staff.
· Ensure compliance with project guidelines and organizational policies.
Experience:
· Prior experience in a coordination or field management role, especially within development projects or government-linked initiatives, is highly desirable.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
· Proficiency in local language (Hindi) and working knowledge of MS Office is essential.
Other Requirements:
· Willingness to travel within the district as required.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
