Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting guests, handling incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and reception area
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule meetings and maintain meeting room calendars
Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the organization
Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinate with internal departments to support day-to-day office functions
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Customer service attitude with a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or related field is a plus
