Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in the HR Consultancy Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our HR services.
Experience:
2 years in the sales and marketing of HR Consultancy Sector in Patna
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Strategy:
- Identify and target new clients for HR consultancy services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective service delivery.
3. Sales & Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Develop, PowerPoint presentations, proposals and business pitches to showcase HR solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
4. Partnerships & Networking:
- Collaborate with businesses, industry groups, and HR professionals to expand opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Provide insights on business development strategies and improvement areas.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or HR consultancy
- Having experience in liaison and business development through govt. tenders for manpower supply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of HR services, recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must have bike and comfortable in field movement for liaison
