Job Purpose: To drive impactful branding and communication strategies that enhance the visibility, credibility, and reach of Vision India’s employment, skilling, and CSR campaigns. The role bridges visual brand presence on the ground with strategic messaging across digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Branding & Visual Identity
- Ensure consistent implementation of campaign branding across all touchpoints (banners, posters, standees, merchandise).
- Coordinate printing and distribution of QR-coded materials to Employment Academies, job fairs, and mobilization locations.
- Track inventory and placement of all branding collaterals.
2. Event & Field Branding
- Work closely with mobilizers to implement field branding in villages, panchayats, and educational institutions.
- Lead branding for special events: Rojgar Melas, Job Sathi launches, Cool the Planet, Guardians of Education, etc.
- Design or coordinate campaign kits (T-shirts, folders, lanyards, event signage).
3. Marketing Communication
- Create and edit communication content: social media posts, flyers, emailers, SMS/WhatsApp messages, video scripts.
- Prepare communication for internal newsletters, award announcements, press releases, and milestone stories.
- Maintain a storytelling approach aligned with Vision India’s tone – inclusive, empowering, and optimistic.
4. Digital Media Coordination
- Collaborate with the digital team to promote campaigns through Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and regional WhatsApp groups.
- Monitor engagement on posts and campaigns; suggest optimization ideas.
- Ensure every campaign has a digital storytelling + visibility strategy.
5. Vendor and Agency Management
- Coordinate with printing vendors, local agencies, and media vendors for timely and quality outputs.
- Liaise with designers, content writers, and photographers for campaign needs.
6. Community Engagement Support
- Assist mobilizers and sourcing managers with influencer engagement strategies.
- Build communication toolkits for community leaders (Pradhan, Mukhiya, Principals) to share verified messaging.
7. Reporting and Analysis
- Track branding coverage across job fairs, campaigns, and districts.
- Maintain branding calendars, outreach logs, and content performance reports.
- Prepare monthly reports on branding effectiveness and communication reach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Mass Communication, Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in branding, outreach communication, or campaign support
- Exposure to skilling, staffing, CSR, or rural outreach will be a big plus
