Job Title: Admin & HR Executive/Manager
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry Background Preferred: Manufacturing / Hospital / School / Hotel
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handling employee engagement and grievance management
Maintaining employee records, leave and attendance management
Payroll processing coordination
Performance appraisal coordination
Policy implementation and compliance (POSH, PF, ESI, etc.)
Coordinating training & development programs
Exit formalities and documentation
Administration:
Office maintenance and facility management
Vendor management (Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, etc.)
Asset and inventory management
Overseeing transport and logistics for staff (if applicable)
Handling AMC contracts and renewals
Maintaining records of statutory compliance and licenses
Coordinating with local authorities and regulatory bodies when required
Ensuring safety, hygiene, and discipline across premises
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience in managing multi-location or large premises (preferred)
Ability to handle crises, multitask, and work independently
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
Certification in HR or Admin functions is an added advantage
