Role Overview: The incumbent will lead Performance Management System (PMS) implementation, enhancement, and automation, aligning employee performance with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management & Implementation
- Design and execute a structured PMS in sync with business goals.
- Define and refine KPIs & KRAs for effective performance evaluation.
- Ensure goal-setting, periodic reviews, and annual appraisals across all levels.
- Process Enhancement & Automation
- Continuously improve PMS frameworks for efficiency.
- Implement HRMS-based PMS modules in collaboration with IT teams.
- Utilize HR analytics for performance insights and decision-making.
- Appraisals & Rewards
- Manage performance evaluation cycles, promotions, and increments.
- Align PMS outcomes with compensation & career growth strategies.
- Develop and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperformers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Best Practices
- Work closely with senior management, business leaders, and HR teams to drive performance-driven culture.
- Benchmark and integrate best industry practices for continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Experience: 4-10 years in Performance Management & HR Strategy.
Skills:
- Expertise in KPI frameworks, KRAs, Balanced Scorecard.
- Strong Excel & HR analytics capabilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in HR consulting or PMS in large-scale organizations.
- Exposure to competency mapping, succession planning, and leadership development.
