Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Data Analyst role is to leverage data-driven insights to optimize the performance and functionality of the job portal, ensuring a balanced ecosystem of demand and supply between job seekers and employers. The role involves designing and managing databases, collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, and generating actionable insights through statistical methods and visualization tools. By collaborating with stakeholders and departmental managers, the Data Analyst supports strategic decision-making, enhances business processes, and drives revenue growth. Additionally, the role focuses on maximizing the utility and efficiency of the job portal while providing timely reports and MIS to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enriching data on job portal ensuring equilibrium between demand & supply of jobs & job seekers
- Use statistical methods to analyse data and generate useful business reports
- Creating and designing the structures of a database
- Collecting & clearing data, leads & communicating with Stakeholders by putting together visualizations like charts and graphs, writing reports, and presenting information to interested parties.
- Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
- Identify and recommend new ways to rationalize cost by streamlining business processes
- Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project
- Supporting business leaders with appropriate report & MIS
- Maximize the uses of Job Portal, Maximizing the revenue & reporting
Qualification & Experience:
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering
- · 0 to 2 years’ Data mining experience
- · Strong attention to detail
