JOB PURPOSE:
The Project Manager - Skills & Jobs is responsible for driving skill development initiatives, mobilizing candidates for job opportunities with Vision India and its clients, and building strategic partnerships with educational institutions and government bodies. The role ensures seamless execution of training projects, alignment with government standards, and effective promotion of JustJob as the preferred platform for job placements, while maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance and extensive stakeholder engagement. This position requires a passion for travel and the ability to inspire and connect with diverse communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Plan and execute training projects, timelines, and budgets across assigned states.
- Candidate Mobilization: Identify and mobilize candidates for job opportunities with Vision India and its clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of job-ready talent.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain collaborations with ITIs, polytechnics, government departments, and skill missions. Secure MoUs for sustained partnerships.
- Promotion: Advocate JustJob’s offerings to institutions and stakeholders, participating in job fairs and recruitment drives.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure training adherence to NSDC/NSQF standards through regular audits.
- Reporting: Provide updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Any Education Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 6 to 8 years’ experience in Call Centre, skill development, candidate mobilization, placement and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel extensively.
