-Respond promptly to advertisement-generated leads via phone calls.
-Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote our sporting facilities and services.
-Understand customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our facilities, memberships, and services offered.
-Effectively communicate the benefits of our facilities to encourage potential clients to visit and utilize our sporting amenities.
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries efficiently.
-Record and update customer information in the database during and after each call.
-Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and client conversion.
-Collaborate with the management and expert team to strategize and implement approaches for maximising sales opportunities.
-Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies based on customer interactions and queries.
